Project Overview
Developed a joint rebranding strategy for Kodak and the City of Rochester as part of the Principles of Project Management course (MSPM1-GC1000) at NYU SPS. The project proposed modernizing Kodak's legacy brand while simultaneously stimulating economic growth in Rochester through a co-branded campaign and Innovation Hub.
Problem Statement
Kodak was still widely perceived as a declining film company, and Rochester carried an outdated post-industrial identity. Both faced an urgent need to modernize before losing further relevance and economic momentum.
